EXPERIENCE
Latin-American Saxophone Quartet.
Saxophone Player – September 2007.
As member of the Latin-American Saxophone Quartet performed at:
Anna’s Jazz Island in Berkeley, CA.
The Memorial Park in Albany, CA.
Jazz School in Berkeley, CA.
Mission Cultural Center and also at The Music Community Center in San Francisco,
CA.
La Peña Cultural Center in Berkeley, CA.
Since 2007 has been performing with different jazz big-bands and salsa bands in the
San Francisco Bay Area.
In 2005 and 2006 performed in several events, while residing in Spain.
Also on 2004 plays in the sound track of a Chilean film called “Visions of the Past”
directed by Mr. Pedro Sabatini. Peformed with several orchestras: National Youth
Symphonic Orchestra, the Chilean Symphonic Orchestra and the Philharmonic
Orchestra of Santiago.
In 2003 the most popular field of music he has participated in several international jazz
festivals such as the Fifth Jazz International Festival with Los Andes Big Band.
On January 2000 with the Villafruela Saxophone Quartet, records two CD’s:
“Saxophone in Concert” and “Saxophones in Latin-America”.
Since 1997 as a member of the Villafruela Saxophone Quartet performs contemporary
and classical music in Chile, Argentina and Bolivia as well as Chilean and foreign
television shows.
